- Pre-fermentation extraction under controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graded temperatures until it is stopped with cooling, so we maintain the sweet taste of the wine. Wine stay for 2 months in its wine lees with regular stirring.

- Organoleptic on the nose we distinguished aromas of red and stones fruits with a intense peach as well as citrus aromas with notes of caramel. The mouth is balanced with a pleasant sweetness.
