Vinification / Maturation
Brief maceration with the grapes and cold extraction in a controlled environment. Subsequent alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Aging of the wine for 3 months on fine lees with periodic stirring while the 15% of the production matures for 3 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Characteristics
Delicate rosé hue reminiscent of the Rosé wines of the Provence region. On the nose, aromas of mango and pears stand out. Grand Rosé is a rich and full-bodied wine, balanced with gentle acidity that gives way to a noble finish with aromas of white flowers such as chamomile, pears, pineapple, and distinct tannins. The palate is elegant and intense, with freshness and balanced acidity.
