Allegro means Happy and Alive. The parallel use of the two languages during the long period of Venetian conquest in Zakynthos (Ionian Islands) had the natural consequence of developing a linguistic mix. Thus, over time, a peculiar dialect was formed, the so-called “DIALETTO CORCIRESE”, with many words of the old Venetian language but mainly with a syntax of the Greek language.

Vinification / Maturation
- Three different ways of vinification 40% Wine Tank, 30% Carbonic Maceration, 30% 2 months in French oak barrels of high burning. Pre-fermentation extraction under controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Maturation ‘’ Sur lie’’ for 3 months with regular stirring. Fresh tank wine.
