Vinification / Maturation
- Cold maceration in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Aging of the wine for 3 months on its lees with periodic stirring and 3 months maturation in selected new French oak barrels of "medium" toast.
Tasting Characteristics
- Complex bouquet with characteristic aromas of red/black fruits, spices, dried figs, tomato, leather, and mushrooms. Full-bodied, with exceptional phenolic potential, balanced acidity, and well-integrated tannins.
