A taste of true passion! 

In the summer of 2021, the Grampsa estate proudly welcomes internationally acclaimed chef Stavros Yfantidis and invites you to a gastronomic experience at our winery’s new restaurant.

Inspired by an environment of great natural beauty on the verdant slopes of southern Zakynthos, the Greek chef will prepare a special gourmet menu drawing from the treasures of his native land and imaginatively combining his delicious suggestions with some of the estate’s best vintages.

A graduate of the famous Le Cordon Bleu London culinary school, chef Stavros Yfantidis has enjoyed a thriving career alongside such towering figures as Joachim Wissler (Vendôme – 3* Michelin), Heston Blumenthal (The Fat Duck – 3 *Michelin), Marcus Wareing (Marcus – 2* Michelin), Gordon Ramsay (Petrus – 1* Michelin), and Richard Davies (Epicure – 1* Michelin).

We also invite you to tour our family estate in Lagopodo, at the foot of Mount Vrachionas, where age-old memories are kept alive and authentic viticulture values are treasured and passionately enriched.

Come walk through our gardens and vineyards, explore our traditional cellar and discover the secrets of the island’s grape varieties. Guided by our Master Sommelier, come try our wines, pair them with local delicacies, and taste the true flavor of Zakynthos!
