Grampsas Winery was established in order to reveal the undiscovered Zakyntian grape varieties. We named LIGHT OF THE SUN the sweet red wine, produced after the traditional procedure of sun-drying Augoustiatis’ grapes, under the Mediterranean sun. After alcoholic fermentation it stays 18 months in French oak barrels. Stands out for concentrate aromas of sour cherry, cranberry jam, caramel and clover. Full mouth, with great balance between sugars and acidity. Perfect match with aged cheese, smoked cold cuts and desserts.
