The Goustolidi that you have most likely heard as Augustolidi comes from the words August + Ornament (jewel), as if to say the ornament (jewel) of Augustus.

Vinification / Maturation:

Pre-fermentation extraction under a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Maturation in French Oak Barrels. The wine stay for 4 months in its wine sludges with periodic stirring.

Tasty features:

Nose intense and rich, typical of the variety, with fine aromas of citrus, honey and a sweet hint of melon at
the end. The wood is discreet giving priority to the fruit. The mouth is quite full, oily, with an excellent
balance of coolness and finesse. Vivid aftertaste. Also in the mouth it pleasantly surprises with its acidity. Of particular interest is its rare for white dry the ability to age and its ability to constantly evolve in the bottle.

Aging potential:

Ready to drink. Keep it in the bottle for 5-7 years for Maximum results.


It is ideally combined with fish, white meat, pasta and cheese.

Enjoy it at 12.5° C.
